With her Bachelors and Masters in Architecture from Virginia Tech, and professional experience in both architecture and interiors, Ashton now focuses on the aspects of design she loves most- shaping the character of a project through the thoughtful ideation and composition its elements.
A lifelong connoisseur of culture, history, and art, Ashton appreciates both antiquity and modernity, and excels in creating layered, thoughtfully composed designs through their juxtaposition.
In her free time, Ashton loves exploring near and far with her husband, Mike, and their daughters, Vivian and Willa—always finding fresh design inspiration along the way.
Ashton earned her Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees at Virginia Tech's intensive College of Architecture and Urban Studies, benefitting from the varierty of experiences at their three architecture campuses: Blacksburg, VA, Alexandria, VA, and Riva San Vitale, Switzerland.
